Arun Singhal’s Residence, Punjabi Bagh
This is a 12,000-sq-ft minimalist luxurious residence for a family of six in Punjabi Bagh. The narrative is marked by graciousness of scale and materiality. The design language is clean, crisp and modern with occasional forays into maximalism that heighten the minimalist feel rather than eroding it. Material applications are generous, often creating monolithic-wrapped volumes which are populated by painstakingly curated and bespoke furniture and other interiors elements. Delicate grains of natural stone and timber and subtle surface finishes make the visual compositions texturally rich and detailed.
