The Autograph Club, Surat
Autograph Club is a competition project which was organised by Happy Home Group, it was won by Urbanscape Architects as associate partners to Utopia Designs, Surat. It was a closed competition with renowned competitors.
Autograph Club is a mixed use building which includes a 200 key hotel, Banquet halls, full-fledged shopping mall, club houses, multiplexes, basement parking & other modern amenities. It is seated on a site area of 2.45 acres, with a built-up area of 412295 SQ. FT.
